SOLE Community in Europe

The SOLEurope Community is governed by the General Annual Assembly (GAA), which meets once per year, normally during the International Logistics Congress (ILC).  All members who are residents of European and Middle East countries, who have decided to be under the SOLEurope umbrella and who have paid their membership dues at the time of the meeting can attend and have a right to vote. 

The GAA approves or disapproves the management decisions and actions of the SOLEurope Management Committee (SMC).

It approves the SOLEurope Annual Budget and changes to the SOLEurope statutes. It also approves the composition of the SMC and decides on issues which should be presented to the SOLE Board of Directors.
